Dr. Catherine V. Addor is a seasoned educational leader with over 34 years of experience in K-12 education, including 26 years in leadership roles. She has dedicated her career to advancing curriculum development, instructional excellence, and professional learning for educators. She has played a pivotal role in aligning world language programs, supporting multilingual learners, and fostering inquiry-based instruction across IB PYP, MYP, and DP programs.

Catherine’s expertise spans curriculum design, instructional coaching, professional development, and leadership consulting, with a strong focus on gifted and enrichment education, arts integration, and educational technology. She supports educators in implementing differentiated instruction, interdisciplinary learning, and digital tools that enhance student engagement. Her work in educational leadership extends to policy development, teacher evaluation, and strategic planning for school improvement. She is also a researcher, with a dissertation examining parent and caregiver engagement in K-12 education during extreme crises, utilizing qualitative narrative inquiry framed by Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory.

As the founder of Addor-ation Innovation Services LLC, Catherine now provides consulting services in curriculum innovation, professional development, educational leadership, gifted and enrichment education, arts education, and educational technology. She specializes in IB program implementation, instructional coaching, and leadership mentoring, equipping schools with the tools to enhance student outcomes and foster meaningful educator collaboration.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Catherine is a lifelong advocate for the arts and interdisciplinary learning. She completed her EdD in Educational Leadership at Manhattanville Unniversity and continues to contribute to the field of education through consulting, research, and leadership development.
